We
accept cash, most major credit cards and ATM cards.
Returns &
Exchanges
We gladly accept dancewear and dance
shoes for exchange or refund within 7 days of
purchase, when accompanied by the original receipt or proof of
purchase. The items must be in new and salable condition in their original packaging.
Dancewear and dance shoes may be
exchanged within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on costumes,
costume accessories, wigs and hairgoods, and all makeup products.
Shipping
Encore will ship to all locations
available by United Parcel Service, and the United States Post
Office. Most in-stock items are shipped on a same-day basis from
Pleasanton, California.
United Parcel Services available are
Ground, 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air, and Next Day Air. Always allow
extra days for your order to be packed and shipped in time for your
performance. Keep in mind that air shipment is
charged by both the weight and size
of the package and can add to your shipping costs.
Encore has NO LARGE HANDLING or
PACKAGING FEES.
Discounts
Encore offers a discount
card for dancers taking class at local dance studios, public and private
schools, and local theater companies. If your school or studio does not
have a supply of discount cards, please
let us know.
Quantity Discounts: Encore will
negotiate special prices for
large quantity orders. We want
your business and we want to hear from you. As your local store we can
save you money on large orders. Remember, Encore always
pays the freight on merchandise
coming to our stores for you. This saves you all the
inflated shipping costs
and those unknown expensive
handling fees. If you are interested in placing a quantity order, please
contact us, and we'll work on the best price for you.
Rush Orders:
We are able to ship items to you via UPS, by Ground, 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air, and Next Day Air. Keep in mind that air shipment is
charged by both the weight and size
of the package and can add to your shipping costs.

Orders
Encore
managers are expert in handling special orders for individuals and
groups. Our long established relationships with leaders in the dance
and costume apparel industry gives you the advantage of quicker
and more dependable delivery of your special order items.
We gladly order
many dance or costume items not always found in our stores. Special
orders require a deposit and cannot be canceled once placed with our
suppliers.
